Juarez Mission Trip Agenda
El Paso hotel: Hawthorn Suites

We have rented 15 passenger vans and they will transport us all across the border.
Our cars will stay at the hotel while we are in Mexico.
We will need six people for the early set up crew.
This group will complete the concrete slab and build walls.
This will be the day prior to the balance of the group arriving.
Wednesday 11/8/23
Set up crew arrives in El Paso by 4:00pm.
Meet at the Hawthorn Suites hotel where we will be staying.
The group will meet in the lobby at 5:45p to walk to dinner together.
Thursday 11/9/23
Breakfast is provided by the hotel.
Our Casas crew leader will meet us at the hotel at approximately 6:30am.
We will cross the border into Juarez and work for the day on concrete and build walls.
We will return to the hotel in El Paso this evening at approximately 5:30p.
The balance of the group will travel to El Paso and join the advanced group at the hotel.
The complete group will meet in the hotel lobby at approximately 5:45 to walk to dinner together.
After dinner we will have a short meeting in a conference room at the hotel.
Friday 11/10/23
Breakfast is provided by the hotel.
Our Casas crew leader will meet us at the hotel at approximately 6:30am.
We will cross the border into Juarez and work all day on the house.
In the late afternoon we will go to the compound where we will be staying for the night.
The meals will be provided. Our crew leader will stay with us.
Saturday 11/11/23
We will return to the work site and complete the house construction.
We will plan to have a dedication service and give the home keys to the family this afternoon.
After the dedication we will return to the compound for the night.
Sunday 11/12/23
We will return to our cars at the hotel in El Paso early Sunday morning.
At this point the mission trip is over and we all return to Tucson.
