Carrying out/tending to/performing the ministry of Jesus with our time, individual talents, resources, and money.
Our way of understanding how Jesus works in the world is that we are claimed, loved, and called because of who God is, not because of who we are. Our call to service is out of response to that love. It is not enough for just us to know and experience grace, to have our needs met, and to have abundant life. God wants all the world to have that, and so we are sent out to serve.
