Visit to Paton’s Center for Hummingbirds and the Patagonia-Sonoita Creek Preserve, Wednesday, May 14th, departing from RLC at 6:30 AM. 212 bird species have been seen at the Paton Center on the outskirts of Patagonia. The nearby Patagonia Sonoita Creek Preserve is a streamside oasis under a flourishing cottonwood/willow forest. We will hike 2.5 miles in the early morning. $8 fee for the preserve trails.
