What is the RLC Presence of Christ Legacy Circle?
The RLC Presence of Christ Legacy Circle is a society established to recognize donors who have made a contribution to the RLC Endowment Fund or who have formally indicated an intent to make a planned gift to RLC.
Who is eligible to be a member of the Presence of Christ Legacy Circle?
Membership is automatic for:
- Anyone who has made a gift to the RLC Endowment Fund
- Anyone who has expressed the intention to make a planned gift to RLC by completing and submitting a Donor Intention Form
- Anyone who has executed a Charitable Gift Annuity or Remainder Trust with the ELCA Foundation benefitting RLC
There is no minimum gift required. Anyone who makes such a gift of any size is automatically a member, though you may opt out of membership if desired.
What are the benefits of membership in the Presence of Christ Legacy Circle?
Members will be invited to periodic special events and will receive updates on the status of the Endowment Fund and our gift planning efforts. Names of members will be included in the Presence of Christ Legacy Circle’s “Honor Registry,” found in a secure portion of our website accessible only to RLC members, though you may opt out of inclusion in this listing if desired.

How do I formalize my desire to make a planned gift?
Simply complete, sign and submit the completed Donor Intention Form to the Church office in a sealed envelope addressed to the Chair of the Generosity and Endowment Committee. No other documentation such as copies of beneficiary designations, wills, trusts, etc. is required.
